  • How do I download and install the Jupiter TV apps?
    Visit the KNOWLEDGE BASE. Otherwise after subscribing to a service, all info for downloading will be sent to you via the email address you used during sign up.
  • I am not from the USA, UK, or Canada. Can I still subscribe?"
    Yes. Our service is available around the world, however in some countries you may have to use a VPN. A quick google search will let you know if it is required (most countries do not require this, but its always a great idea to use one if available) Sign up at our STORE
  • What is IPTV?
    Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) uses Internet technology to send television programming to your TV. IPTV uses a broadband Internet connection for top international programming directly to your home without a satellite dish. Just connect your device to your Internet from the house and on your TV, then sit back and enjoy.
  • Do you have a reseller or affiliate program?
    We do offer an affiliate program. All affiliates will recieve a special URL that they may pass to others. This will leave a cookie on their device, and when they visit the website, it will automatically register them as one of your referals. Each affiliate will recieve a 10% commission per referal. Please note that there is a min amount that must be in the account, before you can start using the money earned.   • Where can I use the IPTV service?
    Short answer: ANYWHERE! Long Answer: As long as you have a fast internet connection and a strong device that can support streaming, you are free to watch at home or on the go. It is the perfect companion when staying at a hotel.
  • How can I pay for Jupiter Products?
    ALL subscribers can easily pay thru PayPal by visiting the billing platform. CLICK HERE. Hong Kong: In addition to paypal, Hong Kong subscribers can use the HSBC PayMe app. Send a message or an email to info@jupitertv.net and request to pay using PayMe. I will send you the QR code thru email making it easy to scan and pay. In the notes section, please specify what service you are paying for as well as your contact email address. Thailand: In addition to paypal, Thailand subscribers can use their internet banking phone app and transfer funds using a QR code.   • Are Refunds Possible for Jupiter IPTV?
    If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund by sending an email to info@jupitertv.net. PLEASE NOTE: The trials are designed for you to try our service before buying. However we do understand it is impossible to please everyone. We will completely refund any subscription that was made within less than 6 days. On the 7th day, refunds will not be processed. Note: We will endeavor to process your refund as quickly as possible, but on rare occasions may take up to 5 days.
  • After making a payment, how long until my subscription is active?"

  • How much does Jupiter RED cost?
    Jupiter RED has 4 subscription types: 1 Month: $15 3 Months: $38 6 Months: $60 1 Year: $90 All prices are in USD.

  • Can I use my subscription on multiple devices at same time?
    One subscription can work with up to five devices at any given time, but you must purchase extra connections. If you have only purchased a plane with one connection, please be aware that 1 subscription can be used on multiple devices, but you can only watch on one device at a time. For example: If you purchase the 5 connetions plan, any 5 devices can access Live TV and Video on Demand at the same time. Keep in mind a sixth device will not be able to connect until one of the others has logged out. This plan is good for a family or group of friends who want to share an account and is the most economical.
  • On very rare occasions, some streams show that they are down for maintenance. What should I do?"
    We strive to provide you with a high level of service at very discounted rates. So please keep this in mind first and foremost. Like Satellite and Cable TV which can be affected, IPTV can also have the same issue from time to time. Usually this will happen as a server is updating. However on the premium channels such as ESPN+, the channel may not go LIVE until the actual event begins. If a channel is down, we will do our best to quickly restore it. Please follow the guidelines below before reporting a channel: 1) Give it a couple of minutes. We reboot and swap channels when needed and the channel may be in the process of updating. Select a different channel and try your original channel again. 2.) Is this happening on all channels? If so, the problem is on your end. Please confirm you are using a strong wifi signal that gives a download speed of at least 25Mbps. This should allow you to stream all of the HD content without issue. For best results, connect with a LAN (Ethernet) cable to your device instead of using WiFi. 3.) Also try going into the app settings and clearing the Cache and/or Data. Clearing Data will require you to re-imput the username and password. 4.) Lastly try turning your devices of, wait for 30 sectonds, and on again, as well as cycling your modem/router's power button. This should clear all cache and the streams should play. -If you are still experiencing severe buffering and have tried all of the steps above, please send a message to info@jupitertv.net so that we may find a solution as quickly as possible.   • Do you offer Adult Channels and content?
    Yes we do. There are many 24 hour adult channels under the live tv section as well as adult Video On Demand under the movies section. Be sure to select adult content when ordering. Adult channels can be added, but not removed until your subscription is up for renewal. Upon ordering, the channels will be activated within 24 hours and the default passcode (if asked) is 0000. You may change this at anytime.
  • Can I have a free trial?
    Unfortunatley, trials have been suspended at this time. However you can access one month for $5.50 by entering code ONEMONTH at checkout.
  • What devices can I watch on?
    Jupiter RED works on many devices including: Smart mobile devices Android streaming devices Android TV Boxes MAG boxes STB Emulators Apple devices including Apple TV (4th generation only) PC/MAC We can not promise all channels are working properly due to your Internet speed, individual channel technical difficulties or incompatible apps being used. However, all Jupiter apps have been virus scanned and verified to work.
  • Is there an Electronic Program Guide (EPG)?
    Yes, we have EPG, but it is mostly activated for specific channels, mostly USA, UK, Sports, and Canadian channels. Instructions are located in the setup email.
  • My account is not working. What should I do?
    Please check your network connection, reboot your router and device, and try again. If your network connection is not the problem, please check whether your account is in use on another device or that you have not gone over the max connections allowed.
  • My selected stream is buffering (Freezing). What should I do?
    Sometimes you may experience buffering due to low internet speed or high internet traffic. Other times it could be a problem on our end that needs to be fixed. Before reporting the channel check thru this list to see if you can fix the channel. Cause: The most common cause of buffering is the result of slow internet connection. This may be because of low internet speed or others using the bandwidth in your house. Make sure you are able to sustain a 25Mbps connection. Are there a lot of devices silmultaneously connected in y our home? Disconnect some and retest your connection. The second reason is that you are using Wi-Fi. While this can be a high speed line, WiFi is subject to many disturbances and can cause the actual device to be receiving a weak signal, even it shows strong. Resolution: Directly connect to your router using a LAN (ethernet) cable or to a power line adaptor. If not possible, try moving your device closer to the router. Change your WI-FI channel. To avoid interference with nearby devices. If you experience buffering press “pause” for 10-15 seconds and resume, most of the time that will eliminate the need to buffer. If this is still not working, please contact us.
  • I keep seeing invalid username or password. What is wrong?
    Please double check that you are entering the username and password correctly. Believe it or not, 99% of the time, this is the problem. If having issues with your password, click the link in the activation email and it will spell out the password for you.
  • I don't like my password. Can I change it?
    Unfortunately passwords for Jupiter Red are auto-generated to avoid issues with the system. They are not able to be changed. If you have both a RED and BLUE account, the username and password will be identical.
  • Why is my account not working on my MAG box or STB Emulator?
    Did you specify the correct MAC address? Is your Internet speed at the recommended 25Mbps for HD channels—or higher? Is your device wired in (Ethernet) or is it connected wirelessly with a wifi or mobile data connection? Please note, Ethernet is always the best solution. Are your device’s specs powerful enough to effortlessly handle live HD streaming? If you’re using an STB emulator did you follow the steps to setup Android STB Emulator? If you’re using an STB emulator have you tried wiping your app’s cache then restarting your device? If you’re using a MAG box have you tried restarting your device? If you’re using an Android device/MAG box have you tried logging out then factory resetting your device? Have you double-checked the server portals we sent you in the activation e-mail? If you are still having issues please get in touch with us.
  • My channel is frozen. What should I do?
    Not to worry. Simply select another channel, and then return to the original channel to see how it is working. This could have been due to a break in transmission for a second causing the software to halt for a moment.
  • How do I check my internet speed?
    If you have purchsed a Jupiter Box from us, please use the FAST app. If on PC/Mac/Mobile device, please visit www.fast.com. Otherwise please use any speed testing app you are comfortable with. You really want to have 25Mbps or above for uninterupted streaming.
  • I am noticing a slight delay in sound when watching a tv show or movie. How do I fix this?
    This is usually the result of a BlueTooth issue between devices. While we cannot specificially state what to do with each device, we do suggest consulting your user manual or doing a quick google search. There are many videos showing how to correct this.
  • What is Jupiter Blue?
    Jupiter Blue is a Video on Demand service, similar to Netflix and Hulu. It is made to compliment your Jupiter Red subscription, however it can be used on its own. There are over 000 titles available, and Adult sections can be added at no extra cost, however live TV will incur a cost. For more information, click here.
  • How much does a Jupiter BLUE cost?
    Jupiter BLUE has 4 subscription types: 1 Month: $10 3 Months: $25 6 Months: $40 1 Year: $60 Live TV can be added for a small fee. Current Jupiter RED subscribers will receive a 50% discount for 1 year of Jupiter BLUE. All prices are in USD.
  • How can I subscribe to Jupiter Blue?

  • Can I have a free trial of Jupiter Blue?
    The only way to have a free trial of Jupiter Blue is to subscribe to Jupiter Red. Any subscription will come with a free month of Jupiter Blue.
  • Do you offer adult channels and content?
    Yes we do. There are many 24 hour adult channels under the live tv section as well as adult Video On Demand under the movies section. Be sure to specify with your subscription. However, this decision needs to be made at the start. Either with or without Adult Channels. Once active, they cannot be added or removed until renewal of your subscription, or the start of a new subscription.
  • I dont like my password. Can I change it?
    Passwords in Jupiter Blue can be customized. Please let us know, when ordering, what you would like your username and password to be.
  • Does a Jupiter Red and Blue subscription come with the purchase of a Jupiter Box?
    All Jupiter Boxes are delievered with one free month of Jupiter Red and Jupiter Blue subscriptions. When this expires, users may choose to continue their subscription at a deeply discounted price for all connections. (This offer is only valid on yearly subscriptions)
  • Can I have a Jupiter Box shipped to me?
    At the moment we do not offer shipping and these boxes are only available ain Hong Kong and Phuket, Thailand.
